When Entrupy can not be completed

Even if an item is authentic, certificate may not be completed in the following cases:

  • Unsupported brands (e.g., Miu Miu)
  • Unsupported models
  • Multiple missing authentication points due to age, wear, or repairs (e.g., handbags with replaced interiors, Balenciaga City bags with missing serial plates, etc.)
  • Certain cases involving color alterations (e.g., re-dyed items)
  • Jewelry, watches, and clothing
