Frequently asked questions
Where do you ship from, and how fast?
Every order ships from Prague by FedEx Express to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes on delivery?
No. All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price and paid by us (DDP). There is nothing more to pay at your door.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Is my parcel insured?
Yes. Every parcel is insured for its full value and delivered against signature.
Are your pieces authentic?
Yes. Every piece is authenticated by Entrupy or Legit App – two independent authentication services used by leading resellers – and the product page tells you which certificate it has. If a piece has a Legit App certificate, an Entrupy certificate can usually be added on request. Its certificate and its Treasures Passport – our record of the piece, its authenticity and its story – are always available online in the piece's Treasures ID, a private digital record you open with one tap of its Treasures ID chip.
What condition are the pieces in?
Our pieces are pre-loved. Each one is described honestly, with its condition grade and detailed photos on the product page. If you would like more photos or details, just write to us.
Can I return my piece?
As each piece is one of a kind and travels to you from Prague with duties already paid, all sales to the GCC are final. If your piece is not as described, please write to us at hello@treasuresarabia.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we will make it right.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely and may be confirmed by your bank (3D Secure). Prices are shown in USD.
